Ordering Information


Please note that each photograph is custom produced.
Prints take about a week to fulfill.  Rush orders are available for an additional charge.


Ordering Online


You may order from our secure online website 24 hours a day.
Find the image that you are interested in ordering.

  1. Using our SAIL NUMBER SEARCH feature located at the top right and bottom of this website.
  2. Choose the photo that you are looking for.
  3. Choose either the Buy Prints or Downloads purchasing options.
  4. Proceed to "Checkout" by using the 'Shopping Cart' link in the website header or in the side navigation, then follow the prompts to 'Continue to Checkout.'

Order by Phone


You may place an order by phone Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at 1 732 978 2141. If you don’t reach someone please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Order Status
You will automatically receive emails from us when your order has been shipped along with tracking numbers.  If you would like more information just email us at info@justinchando.com



Shipping


All shipping is shipped by either USPS or UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipping prices are based on size and distance of delivery. Photographs are packaged as follows:

  • Up to 16” x 24” padded and wrapped in cellophane and packed in a non-destructive box.
  • 20 x 30 and larger in a large tube and box

Returns and Exchanges


We offer photographs of the highest quality. If for any reason a print does not meet your expectations, you may return it. We will gladly replace the print or give you store credit.


Gift Certificates


Our gift certificates are issued for any amount, and may be used in phone orders or online orders. You must have the gift certificate present to use it.
You can just type in your specific gift card code in the checkout.  If you have received a previous gift card in person at an event, you must notify us by email to place your order, and mail us your gift card before we ship your prints and products.

Corporate Gifts


For large volume corporate orders, contact us at 732-978-241. We can help you find just the right products for your employee recognition and special event gifts. We also offer volume discounts.
